Carlos is correct. Went a few months back to talk to GM Angela. Was the rudest and unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a manager!!! She was extremely rude and did not give me a chance to even talk. Can’t imagine how she treats her employees. Avoid this place so you don’t have to feel the negatively Angela is giving to her customers and employees!

Went in there earlier around 6pm for pizza and received excellent, friendly and fast service. but as soon as the nightshift enters the service is literally night and day. That friendly and quick service disappears entirely! Joanna takes her time and is very rude. Was waiting there for just food, We made eye contact but refused to acknowledge and helped another customer. Fine, no problem, NOW she asks if i need help, and i reply but she then proceeds to pretend i did not exist. and helps another customer. frustrated i just left not purchasing any food!! Avoid this place during the night!!! you will not receive service at all

Hello El Paso, I did a reset here and was accommodated to the fullest. Ms Ashley, who’s also bilingual assisted me with communicating with other drivers, the food was fresh, Ms Vivian and Mr Raymond had the amenities spotless, but don’t take my word for it. See for yourself below ❤️

Store728 in El Paso Texas. These guys are amazing. I don't care how good you work if customer service is bad like it was at the TA in New Mexico, it's bad service. They have warm and welcoming staff, and were extremely fast and proficient in getting the job done, not to mention very fair priced. . Staff I work in Ed with were Steven Hernandez and Edgar Gonzalez.. definitely would appreciate if you did something to show appreciation for their excellent work and customer service

We stopped by here earlier this morning on our way back to Candelaria for fuel. Plus I was impressed with how clean the store was and how friendly every employee were to us. Diesel prices were good as well!
